Oh my goodness! What a wonderful job Mario and his guys did! Were very informative, paying attention to detail. What an asset for your company. They knocked it out in little less than 4 hours and the carpet looks super. They did a fantastic job!! I'm going to request them when I get the second floor done. They really are the "A-Team"!

I met with Chris today to get a quote and see how soon carpet could be installed. I was also meeting with L--- (competitor) and told Chris this. Chris was very professional, not pushy and never made a remark of any kind about L--- or any other company we were going to get quotes from just to make his sale. On top of that the price he gave was unbelievable! I did meet with a L--- representative and on top of the almost $1000 price increase quote I had to ask the L--- representative to leave my home due to what I consider being very unprofessional but he called it being funny (I saw no humor nor did I laugh).

So tomorrow (5/20) Bill's Carpet will install my down stairs carpet and it's because of the great price and the wonderful and very professional Chris Clark, your representative.

My carpet installation happened today in my home on both levels and I just wanted you to know how happy I am and pleased with the entire experience at Bill's Carpet Fair. Having chosen a high-end, textured carpet, I was nervous since I'd always used an expensive competitor, but now I will never use or recommend anyone else. Your company has proven to me that it doesn't have to cost the most to be the best since I saved money at your store. Thank you Steve and Mario's crew from Catonsville. I will spread the word to all I know of your amazing service!

Dave did a magnificent job installing our carpet. We are more then pleased with the final product and would recommend Bill's Carpet Fair and Dave as an installer. I was pleasantly surprised that during installation, not a single mark was left on our walls or trim. Nice work!

In November, my husband and I visited Bill's Carpet Fair on Waltham Woods Road, in search of an area carpet and runner to match an existing area rug. We had been searching most of the day and were discouraged because we thought we had exhausted all hope of finding what we wanted.

When we entered the store we were greeted by a pleasant and jubilant man named Tom M. We turned the store upside down. You can't begin to imagine our delight when, among the many samples, we found something. But, nothing compares to the excitement we felt when we went home and discovered the area rug and runner Tom sold us was an EXACT match to our existing area rug!

Was this a coincidence, or was this Tom's hard work? When Tom said he works hard not to lose a sale, he made a believer out of us! You can count on us to spread the word about the treatment and the service we received from Tom at Bill's Carpet Fair in the North Plaza Shopping Center. Tom is an asset to your company and therefore we believe he deserves your appreciation and more.

I had carpet installed on November 12, 2010. The two young men that installed my carpet were professional, courteous and caring. They worked well together and I did not hear any complaints. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. They completed their work in a timely fashion and I am completely satisfied with the job. I simply had to make you aware of their customer relationship. With employees like this you can rest assured that I will gladly refer your establishment to friends and neighbors who are looking to install new flooring.

When we walked into the store, the salesperson was quick to identify what we were looking for and steered us to options. They were able to quickly measure and schedule the job. The installers were great and the job went smoothly. My only complaint would be that I would have preferred the seams to be in the back of each room where they would have been more hidden by furniture instead of in the front. Overall grade, an "A"!

We went to your Eastpoint store and was assisted by Don Brooks, he was very helpful and friendly. We had the carpet (stairs only) installed on 09/24, the guys did a terrific job. They were here early in the morning and finished quickly. I would highly recommend your company to everyone. We had a competitor, xxxxxx-Today, come to our home for an estimate and the salesman was very rude as well as the follow-up call person, but everyone at your store was great. Thanks again for the great service and we hope you let Don and the installers know how much we appreciate everything they did.
